The Biology Department owns the cytofluorimeter as part of its inventory and is financially responsible for any necessary management and ordinary/extraordinary maintenance expenses.

Such expenses will be recovered as it follows:
each user from the Biology Department or any other may utilize the instrument at an hourly cost of 12 euros. 

The final sum of each hour of utilization and its relative costs will constitute the total amount of money which each user will have to repay at the end of every calendar year.
