RNAseq Illumina mRNA Prep protocol
- 2 ug of Total RNA 100 ng/ul (Qubit) in nuclease-free water;
- high quality Total RNA RIN>7;
- minimize DNA contamination;
- use 0.5ml tubes with codes. Please send us an excel file with sample names to obtain codes.
RNAseq Lexogen 3’mRNA protocol
- annotatedgenome is required because of only the 3' end is sequenced
- 2 ug of Total RNA 150 ng/ul (Qubit) in nuclease-free water;
- high quality Total RNA RIN>7;
- minimize DNA contamination;
- use 0.5ml tubes with codes. Please send us an excel file with sample names to obtain codes.
