TWO DIBIO TEAMS WIN THE FIRST PLACES AT THE “START CUP VENETO 2021” COMPETITION

The annual competition Start Cup Veneto, which promotes research and innovation to sustain the economic development of our region and is financed by the Universities of Padova, Verona, and IUAV (Venice), together with other institutional partners, has rewarded two teams of the Department of Biology:

First place, Category Life Science: “DNA-SWITCH” by Graziano Martello and Anna Gambetta

Second place, Category Cleantech & Energy: “TUNICA” by Lucia Manni, Loriano Ballarin and Elisabetta Schievano (Department of Chemical Sciences)

Congratulations to the two teams that will participate to the most important national competition for startups: the PNI 2021.
