High Qualification Activities DiBio Excellence Project: Seminars and Short Course for PHD Course in Biosciences

 As part of the Excellence Project, a set of seminar-type activities and short courses held by Visiting Scientists and international guests are planned  for the Phd Course in Biosciences. 

The next meeting includes a Short Course entitled An evolutionary approach to study anthropogenic and climate change effects on animal's reproduction and behaviour divided into two Lectures scheduled on November 23rd from 10.00 to 12.00 and from 15.00 to 17.00 in Aula G on the mezzanine floor of the Vallisneri building:

  • Dr.  Ramakrishnan Vasudeva from the School of Biological Sciences University of East Anglia - UK will give a Lecture in the morning entitled: Impact of experimental heatwaves on reproduction and behaviour in a model insect
  • Dr. Cristina Tuni of the Department of Biology II, LMU Munich, Germany will give a Lecture in the afternoon entitled: Behavioural responses to anthropogenic change

 Nell’ambito del Progetto di Eccellenza sono previste una serie di attività di tipo seminariale e corsi brevi tenuti da Visiting scientist e ospiti internazionali per il Corso di Dottorato in Biosciences. 

Il prossimo incontro prevede uno Short Course dal titolo An evolutionary approach to study anthropogenic and climate change effects on animal's reproduction and behaviour articolato in due Lectures programmate il giorno 23 novembre dalle ore 10.00 alle 12.00 e 15.00-17.00 in Aula G al piano rialzato dell'edificio Vallisneri:

  • Il dott.  Ramakrishnan Vasudeva della School of Biological Sciences University of East Anglia - UK terrà al mattino, una Lecture dal titolo: Impact of experimental heatwaves on reproduction and behaviour in a model insect
  • La dott.ssa Cristina Tuni del Department of Biology II, LMU Munich , Germany terrà al pomeriggio una Lecture dal titolo: Behavioural responses to anthropogenic change
