The new booking management system for DiBio Facilities Slotify is coming!!!

Facilities will be available for booking one by one and this activation will be completed on March 20th.

In order to book using Slotify as soon as the facility of interest becomes available, the steps are detailed below:

1) PIs must create accounts for each trainee who will be using the facilities

2) PIs must write an email to the facility managers of the facilities they wish to use to notify the research funds that will be utilized to pay for bookings. Start and end dates of said funds must be indicated. To pay for facility services, the following research funds can be utilized: DOR, overheads from any grant, european funds for which facility services have been indicated as direct costs (category D2). As usual, the billing cycle will end every four months and on that occasion DiBio administration will ask to confirm the funds to be used for payment. This applies to deferred payments only, pay-as-you-go services are to be bought with the standard procedure and they will already be loaded onto the system.

3) PIs affiliated with CNR should message Dr. Andrea Bassato: andrea.bassato@unipd.it to request the activation of a Slotify account for booking. This account will follow the format name.surname@ext.unipd.it

Si ricorda che dai primi di marzo sarà attivo Slotify, il nuovo gestionale per la prenotazione delle Facilities DiBio, raggiungibile al link: https://slotify.ict.unipd.it/. 

La migrazione avverrà facility per facility e si concluderà il 20 marzo. Alleghiamo il calendario con tutte le date.

Ricordiamo che, per poter usufruire dei servizi già dal giorno della loro attivazione, è necessario:

1. attivare le utenze dei membri del vostro gruppo,

2. scrivere una mail ai facility managers delle facilities di vostro interesse indicando i fondi che volete utilizzare con le loro data di validità (inizio e fine). Si ricorda che le regole per l'eleggibilità dei fondi spendibili nelle facilities, sono invariate (ad es. vanno bene i DOR, gli overhead di qualsiasi fondo, fondi europei in cui i servizi sono stati messi nei costi diretti (categoria di costo D2). Le note di addebito verranno come di consuetudine emesse quadrimestralmente dall'amministrazione del DiBio e in quell'occasione si chiederà conferma nell'utilizzare i fondi da voi indicati. Questo vale per i pagamenti posticipati, per i prepagati resta la solita procedura e saranno già caricati,

3. i PI afferenti al CNR devono rivolgersi al collega Andrea Bassato: andrea.bassato@unipd.it per chiedere l'attivazione di utenza per accedere alle prenotazioni su Slotifay. Tale utenza sarà nome.cognome@ext.unipd.it.
