Nel gruppo del Dott. Amadei è disponibile un posto di internato per una tesi magistrale computazionale per l’analisi dei processi di morfogenesi in embrioni murini ed in modelli murini embryo-like sviluppati a partire da cellule staminali. La tesi richiede l’utilizzo di diversi software di imaging tra cui Fiji / ImageJ e la scrittura di script di analisi utilizzando Matlab e Python. Il posto e’ in co-supervisione con la Dott.ssa Leila Muresan (Università di Cambridge, UK), ed e’ quindi fondamentale la competenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese.

Are you looking for a lab to carry out your thesis?

Dr. Amadei’s group is offering an internship position for a computational Master’s thesis focused on the analysis of morphogenetic processes in mouse embryos and stem cell–derived mouse embryo-like models. The project will involve the use of multiple imaging software tools, including Fiji/ImageJ, as well as the development of analysis scripts in MATLAB and Python. The position will be co-supervised by Dr. Leila Muresan (University of Cambridge, UK), therefore excellent written and spoken Englishis essential.
