Participation to the school is limited

• 750€/each for Postdoc and Faculty Members

• 600€/each for PhD Students

• 500€/each for Undergraduate and Master Students

Contribution is ALL-INCLUSIVE and covers registration to the workshop, lodging, meals (participants will receive vouchers to eat in local restaurants), coffee breaks and transport to and from the airport (Trapani or Palermo). Students will be kindly requested to share their room.

Posters and Short Communications

Participants interested in presenting a poster and/or a short communication are asked to submit a title and 250-word abstract. Only few slots for short communications are available but all participants will have the opportunity to present a poster.

Short communications will be of 10 min: 7 min presentation and 3 min discussion.

Poster Dimensions

osters should be a maximum of 100cm high and 60cm wide.

Abstract Preparation

A 250 words abstract must be submitted for each type of presentation (poster or oral). Please save the abstract in word or pdf and upload your file using the naming convention ‘Fullname.doc’ (eg. JohnSmith.doc ).’
